Tabataba
By saving time to burn fat, high intensity exercise is one of the best ways to get more money in your gym. The fastest way? Must be Tabataba. Heating and cooling to one side, training lasts only four minutes, including rest periods. There really are no negatives to this super simple and no frills style. Do not forget to do some mobility exercises to warm up and stretch to cool.
Perform 20 seconds of resistance exercise such as sitting squatting, swinging with Kitbells or ball strokes medicine, followed by 10 seconds of full rest. Repeat eight times.
